Your Turning Point Starts Here

There was a time I didn’t know what freedom felt like. I had a smile on my face, kids on my hip, and chaos behind closed doors. I thought if I prayed harder, loved deeper, and sacrificed more, everything would change. But it didn’t. What I didn’t see then — and what so many women don’t see — is how deeply damaging emotional and covert abuse can be.

In 2017, my life began to unravel. And while the unraveling was painful, it was also sacred. It was the beginning of my healing. I filed for divorce in 2019, and over the next five years, I pursued counseling, earned a degree in Behavioral Science, became a certified life coach, and dove deep into learning everything I could about abuse, trauma, narcissism, and recovery. Most importantly, I surrendered it all to Jesus — and He met me in the wreckage with love, grace, and truth.

That’s how Turning Point Women’s Life Coaching was born — from my pain, yes, but even more from my purpose.

I now walk alongside women who feel trapped, confused, ashamed, or stuck. Women who are healing from toxic relationships. Women who are navigating divorce, motherhood, career shifts, emotional trauma, or simply the ache of not feeling “enough.” I help them find clarity, establish healthy boundaries, and walk forward with confidence — not just in themselves, but in who they are in Christ.

Here’s what you can expect from this blog:
• Real stories and encouragement for women in every life stage
• Truth-filled content about emotional healing, abuse recovery, and identity
• Faith-based wisdom for navigating hard seasons with grace and power
• Practical coaching tools you can start using now

If you’re reading this and your heart is aching, I want you to know: you’re not alone. Your past does not define your future. There is hope. There is healing. And there is a God who restores what was broken. This blog — and this space — is for you.

Welcome to your turning point.

With love and truth,
